March 22 -23, 2025

All human beings desire to feel whole and complete. In today's world, it's easy to be distracted from who we really are, from our values, and from what matters most to us.

Our integrity can become tarnished and our wellness can be degraded if we aren't taking good care of our practices. In this weekend workshop, you'll explore territory of physical, emotional, moral, and spiritual wholeness through reflective practice, dialogue, inquiry and embodiment.

Together we will set our gaze on what is true now, and discover what resources are already present for you. For all humans of all ages, especially those offering care: clinicians, parents, teachers. Expect yoga asana with Elena, meditation practices with both Elena and Cynda, along with writing exercises and discussion to usher you into your next phase of life with precision and grace.
